The University offers a bachelor of science (BS) in 施工管理.

The 施工管理 program combines education and experience in both technical and managerial skills to prepare students for leadership roles in the construction profession. Laboratory and work experience supplement classroom lectures to provide practical and useful skills.

The program provides instruction in the following areas:

• Principles of quality concrete and the proper techniques used in the field

Coursework includes studies related to the following topics—plus an internship.

In addition, students complete the University's Foundational Studies program, which provides the knowledge students need in critical thinking, leadership, and interpersonal and communication skills.

Students gain real-world experience through participation in the internship program, which requires actual work experience. Students are often offered full-time employment by the partnership company upon graduation.

Courses in the major are taught by full-time professors and industry partners who have work experience in the field. The department offers small class sizes, which allow for individual attention. The program is located in the 建筑环境学系 in the Technology Annex building with state-of-the-art laboratories. The 建筑环境学系 includes the following programs: Architectural Engineering Technology, 施工管理, 安全管理, 室内建筑设计.

Extracurricular activities are encouraged. Three student organizations that offer opportunities for leadership and learning outside of the classroom are the Construction Club (student chapter of the National Electrical Contractors Association - NECA), Mechanical Contractors Association of America (MCAA), and Sigma Lambda Chi (the honorary society for construction). These organizations sponsor fund-raising and charitable activities. These activities allow students to practice their management skills, 为他们的社区做贡献, 玩得开心. The Associated Schools of Construction sponsors student competitions with other construction programs which provides students with realistic projects and work experience.
